Cosmetology

The Cosmetology program is the study of the basic principles of cosmetology to prepare the students to meet all the requirements necessary to pass the State Board Examination. At the conclusion of the program, the students will have learned the various manipulated skills and technical knowledge as well as the proper attitude to become a licensed cosmetologist and to obtain gainful employment at entry level in the field. Cosmetologists are general specialists in beauty, who often work in salons, spas, schools & fitness centers (1500 hrs).

  • Cold Wave and related theory
  • Chemical Hair relaxing and related theory
  • Hair Coloring and related theory
  • Nail Technician and related theory
  • Facials and related theory
  • Hair cutting, styling and related theory
  • Chemistry
  • Salon Management and practices
